1. What Roza Tarot is

Roza Tarot (rozatarot.com) provides tarot readings and related content for reflection, self-exploration and entertainment purposes only. “Roza” is the authorial persona and brand of this service; readings are composed with the assistance of modern text-generation technology, guided by a curated knowledge base of traditional tarot meanings.

2. Not advice

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on a reading. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional.

3. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (daily card and weekly reading emails) renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the payment provider’s customer portal (the link is in your receipt email); access continues to the end of the paid period. The unsubscribe link in our letters stops the letters themselves — it does not cancel billing. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.

3a. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. By subscribing you request that the service begin immediately; if you withdraw within the 14 days, the law allows a proportionate charge for the days already served (Art. 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Our own promise is broader and is the one we operate by: within 14 days of any charge, write to the address below and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. To withdraw, an email stating your wish is sufficient; you may use the model form annexed to Directive 2011/83/EU, but you do not have to.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
