From Roza’s deck
Eight of Swords
self-imposed restriction · feeling trapped · fear

Bound and blindfolded among swords — trapped by beliefs; the bindings are loose, the feet free.
Reversed, it falls differently: The blindfold falls; walking out of a prison that was never locked.
For the heart: The cage in this bond is partly imagined — test the door.
For bread and coin: "I can't" deserves an audit; most of the swords are thoughts.
For the road ahead: Step forward — the prison walls move with you until you stop believing them.
A card on a page is a word, child. A card your own hand draws is a sentence. There is a difference.
Every dawn one card waits face-down on my table — come and turn yours. Or bring the cards a full question: the table is there.
