From Roza’s deck
Death
ending · transformation · release · rebirth

One chapter closes so another may open. Not literal death — transformation that cannot be refused.
Reversed, it falls differently: Refusing a necessary ending; decay from holding on too long.
For the heart: A phase of the relationship must die for something truer to be born.
For bread and coin: An era ends — a role, a job, a model; clear the ground.
For the road ahead: Bury what is finished with respect, and walk on lighter.
A card on a page is a word, child. A card your own hand draws is a sentence. There is a difference.
Every dawn one card waits face-down on my table — come and turn yours. Or bring the cards a full question: the table is there.
