Reversed, it falls differently: Feelings flooding the banks — moodiness, absorption in others' pain.
For the heart: Lead with empathy; or such a person holds the key to this matter.
For bread and coin: Emotional intelligence is the asset now; listen more than you speak.
For the road ahead: Feel fully, hold steadily — the cup stays covered for a reason.
